Donald Joseph Qualls better known as the DJ Qualls stage name DJ Qualls was born in the United States. He is a producer, actor and model. He shot to fame after his role on Road Trip. Since then DJ Qualls has starred in more than 20 films, such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. In addition, he has appeared in Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs and The Lost Law & Order as well as several other. Qualls had been diagnosed as having Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14, and has battled it ever since. After two years of treatment his cancer went into remission. But, early treatment had severe effects on his health, and slowed growth. Once he was acting, financial security was his goal. He had experienced hardship in his early years. I've lived so frugally and for so long, I'm able been able to enjoy that financial security or the world feels beyond my control, he stated in an interview. The man also thinks back on his childhood and hopes to address the problem of bullying. Cruelty breaks my heart he says. He says that his ideal job would be that of father figures in real and film life. However, he admits that "Directors don't cast my in these roles." It would be wonderful to be one day an adult, and he will be able spend less time on career and dedicate it to his child.
